Responsibilities
- Find New Customers — Identify prospects and create new sales opportunities
- Sell and Advise — Present product information and help customers choose suitable solutions
- Build Relationships — Support existing customers, build trust and encourage repeat business
- Set Sales Targets — Set goals and track results to continuously improve performance
- Report Sales Results — Summarize results and key information to refine the sales plan
- Follow Up and Serve Customers — Provide after-sales support, listen to feedback and coordinate solutions
- Develop Your Skills — Continuously develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Manage Your Work Independently — Manage your time and workload effectively as a freelancer
Qualifications
- Open to all genders and ages
- Higher vocational diploma or bachelor's degree in any field
- Marketing or business administration backgrounds are preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or marketing
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- A strong network of professional contacts is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Responsible, committed and willing to learn
- A creative team player
