After Renovation: Planning Ongoing Facility Support

Many projects are handover day, but in the corner of Operations, that day is the date when the space is actually started to be used. The system, equipment and materials are beginning to enter the maintenance track.

1. Handover needs to transmit data. Not just send the key.

Work lists, equipment systems, materials, points to be carried out and the relevant information should be summarized to the Operations team or Facility.

2. Setting Asset / System List

Electricity work separation, air-conditioning, fire systems, built-in, furniture and elements that need to be traced. To know which points need a Maintenance Plan.

3. Configurate Preventive Maintenance

The system that needs to be monitored by cycle should be planned before the problem occurs. By setting frequency, responsible and how to record the work clearly.

4. Create a channel for General Repair

Real operating space has small repairs, occurring. There is flow, work indication, check, assess and close the work. Reduces the release of small problems to become big problems.

5. Use the work page data to put the next Improvement.

If there is an uncomfortable operation, the system has repeated problems or the area does not support real workflow. This information should be taken back to use the Site Improvement plan. It is not solved only by a constant page.
