1. The product is distributed in multiple points.

If Uniform, Merchandise or marketing media are stored in several rooms, multiple departments or multiple branches. Knowing the real balance will be more difficult and it may occur without any need for re-buy.

2. The team spends time with Spreadsheet and counting too much.

Time of receipt, high-end, file updates, preparation, and co-filling are operational costs that are not usually counted as direct costs.

3. The product must be available throughout the year.

Uniform projects, Employee Merchandise, Dealer Supplies or Corporate Gift Programs that are constantly used require a systemic view of stock and filling the goods more than one-time delivery.

4. Know that the product is over when the line is over.

If there is no track of Stock Movement and Replenishment points, the lack of goods may be found when the agency wants to use it.

5. Managers need a clearer report.

Structured Stock Report shows the balance sheet, movements and items to be planned to fill or review.
