Monthly Consulting: What Executives Should Receive From On-site Consultation & Reporting

Monthly consultation should help the manager “see the picture and make decisions” more than summarizing what the activity they have done last month.

1. Current state of the system

It should be a summary of what the important issue is in any situation. The subject has been done. The subject is being corrected and the subject is also risked. To allow the manager to see the same image as the operating team.

2. Key issues and urgent order

Not all Gaps should be solved at the same time. Priority arrangement allows resources to be used on issues that have most impact on availability or operation before.

3. Action Tracking Identified Responsible

Each issue should be linked to a clear Action, responsible and trackable time frame. To make feedback from the consultant changed into real-hand.

4. What requires a decision from the manager

Some issues cannot be solved at the agency level, such as resource allocation, structural adjustment, policy setting or multi-party coordination. Good reports should clearly separate these issues.

5. Next plan

Monthly Report should be linked forward on what the next month will focus on. What information is needed to prepare and which agencies must participate.
